TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Simon
Handsome brindle boy Simon is just a baby, so he needs lots of guidance as he learns how to be a retired racer.
As far as we can tell, Simon seems ok with older, dog savvy children and is kennelled happily with a girl so might be best as a companion dog, simply because he appears happiest when with other greyhounds.
He can worry a little bit on his own, so needs reassurance from his walker. We think that he might struggle with very small children, so wouldn’t suggest that.
Simon can find very noisy places a bit too much, so he is gradually doing a bit more, little by little. He enjoys being offsite and although he can need a bit of reassurance at times, he responds nicely - we think he is just after lots of cuddles and fuss, as he is a super snuggly boy!
Being on the shy side, Simon probably isn’t the best fit for a busy, noisy household, with lots going on, but he is so fond of people we think that he will be very happy once he finds his own (relatively) quiet place to settle down.
He will probably fit best with experienced sighthound owner/s who can help ease him into his retirement, or with someone who is prepared to continue his training and give him time to get himself settled. Hopefully once in a home, with his own people and his own routine, his true character will shine through.
If you feel that you would be able to offer Simon the loving and supportive home he needs, then please give us a call on 0121 426 4810 to come and see him. It might take a few visits to get him used to you, but we are happy to work with you in order to find him his forever home.
If you would like to come and see Simon then give us a ring on 0121 426 4810 or contact us to meet this youngster.
