Hugo is a real black beauty with a little white star on his chest.

He is incredibly friendly and happy to meet people when out and about, including children. He enjoys playing with toys but isn't possessive. Hugo is becoming a firm favourite with volunteers due to his very friendly and playful nature.

He was initially a little unsure of other breeds but he improves on each outing so we think he’ll be a quick learner and soon get used to the big wide world.

Hugo does unfortunately have corns but happily wears his boots to walk on harder surfaces.

He is kennelled with a female hound and is a true gent so if you're looking for a typically gentle, playful hound then come and meet Hugo
