Can you give this greyhound a home?

This little poppet is just one of the sweetest girls ever. She is fun, she loves fusses and she kennels happily with a boy, so for anyone looking for a greyhound companion, Pippa is your girl.

Pippa has enjoyed a couple of weeks in a home, but sadly had to come back as it just wasn’t a good fit. She seemed to struggle a little as an only dog, so our suggestion is that she needs to have a canine friend. Other than that though, she got a glowing report and will make someone a super pet.

She has mastered the greyhound lean, she adores cuddles and quickly settled into the home, finding her own spot to chill out. She was clean in the house and enjoyed zoomies in the garden and could be left for a couple of hours.

She definitely takes confidence from her walker and will look to them for reassurance, but then you see her get braver all the time and she just melts your heart. Some loud noises, especially if she can’t see what is causing them, can confuse her, but she stands her ground and doesn’t get too worried.

Pippa just loves to collect fusses from everyone she sees, she has been known to do the rounds of a room, expecting everyone to provide cuddles and ear scritches. She is also quite partial to borrowing the odd shoe or two and will rearrange her toys if they aren’t put back in exactly the right place!

Mostly Pippa hasn’t really been bothered by anything and has taken lots of things in her (very dainty!) stride. She has coped well with children, footballs, runners, ducks, other dogs and pretty much everything so far.

A real sweetheart, she just loves fuss and we are sure that she is going to make someone the most perfect pet. She is also a blood donor, so definitely deserves a home of her own where she can be loved unconditionally.
